Many people had crushes on her in the 1980s, but look at her now…

After her performance in “Crocodile Dundee,” Linda Kozlowski became world-famous. This film, in which she co-starred with Paul Hogan, marked a major turning point in her career. However, after the TV series “Dundee” and a few subsequent appearances, Kozlowski gradually faded from the Hollywood spotlight.

Born in Fairfield, Connecticut, on January 7, 1958, Linda Kozlowski enrolled in the prestigious Juilliard School of Drama to cultivate her passion for acting. After graduating in 1981, she made her stage debut in several off-Broadway musicals. She then went on to play supporting roles on Broadway and television, notably in the TV movie “Death of a Salesman,” where she co-starred with Dustin Hoffman.

Linda encountered difficulties on the road to fame. After appearing in “Death of a Salesman,” she worked as a waitress before moving to California. Dustin Hoffman, who had become her mentor, and his wife offered her a room in their Malibu beach house. Linda then began an audition that would change her life forever.

Linda successfully auditioned for the role of Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee,” which Dustin Hoffman suggested. Grossing nearly $320 million on a budget of $10 million, the film was a huge success and catapulted Linda Kozlowski to stardom almost immediately. Interestingly, the film’s early release in Australia initially contributed to its notoriety in that country.

Linda felt she hadn’t received the recognition she deserved in Hollywood, despite her recent rise to fame. She declined numerous offers to play the girlfriend of a comedian, but she starred in the “Crocodile Dundee” sequels. After the release of the third “Dundee” installment, Linda decided to abandon her acting career altogether.

During the “Crocodile Dundee” saga, Linda Kozlowski fell in love with her on-screen partner, Paul Hogan. Their son, Chance, was born in 1998 after their marriage in 1990. But in 2014, their marriage ended.

After separating from Paul Hogan, Linda Kozlowski decided to live her life on her own terms. After receiving a significant sum of money, she chose to change direction. Her focus turned to Morocco, where she met a local tour guide, Moulay Hafid Baba. Their immediate connection profoundly transformed their lives.

In Marrakech, Linda and Moulay Hafid Baba founded the high-end travel agency Dream My Destiny. They design personalized travel programs tailored to their clients’ tastes. Linda’s life has shifted, moving from Hollywood to the breathtaking landscapes of Morocco.

Although Linda Kozlowski is no longer an actress, her legacy, that of Sue Charlton in “Crocodile Dundee,” lives on. At sixty-three, she has decided to fully enjoy her exciting and rewarding life in Morocco. Focusing on her work in the travel industry, where her intuition, forged by her acting career, is essential to making vacations unforgettable, she finds that real life is more fulfilling than fiction.
